Delivery and Returns
We are currently delivering to doggos within the Sunshine Coast area. If you don't live within the Sunshine Coast and want to get your paws on our food, please get in touch with us before placing an order and we will try our best to work our magic.
Thursdays - Free (order by 5pm Wednesday)
*If you are in need of emergency food please email us and we will accommodate your hungry pooch as best we can.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
There is no need to be home for delivery, we will follow your instructions on where to leave your order. If you don't specify, we will look for a safe place in the shade.
Help us help the environment - please leave out an esky for us to put your dog's food into.
Don’t have an esky? No Probs! Your rawlly food will be delivered in a sustainably insulated box. Please recycle this after you unpack your order. Brownie points from Mother Earth for returning the box to us on your next delivery.
Once your food has been delivered, you will receive a delivery notification.
While we highly doubt there would be a dog on this land that wouldn't be licking the bowl clean, we do understand some dogs can be extremely fussy. If your dog doesn't absolutely love the taste of our balanced recipes we offer no-hassle return policy—generally speaking we will refund or exchange the product without causing a fuss.
Our recipes are based on creating balance within your doggo, if an unforeseen disease, skin irratation pops up, lets exchange one recipe for another.
Full Return, Exchange or Change of mind of dog food open or unopened must be made within 14 days of purchase.
